I founded my own Aussie company called Hendy HR Consulting Pty Ltd in 2007.
I'm passionate about offering practical and affordable HR solutions, developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients and partners whilst keeping abreast of changing legislation. Employees are truly the best business asset!

ALICIA HENDY
I’ve held a number of senior HR executive roles including VP of HR for APC Asia Pacific, VP of HR for Borland Software Asia Pacific and others.
I hold a degree in HR with Deakin University and a Masters of Business Administration with Macquarie Graduate School of Management and I’m a member of the Australia Human Resources Institute.
The most rewarding part of my career and where I do my best work is present day. That is, being in business myself and working in the heart and soul of other businesses; assisting them to bring out the best in their people.
