BlandsLaw works with Hendy HR Consulting in providing requiring expert legal assistance with employment relations and litigation.   Andrew Bland brings a wealth of experience over twenty years and has earned a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance as a solicitor and workplace advisor.

  • Employment contracts and policies, Collective Agreements, OH&S systems & procedures, performance management & appraisal systems, profit share & employee equity schemes, employee exit options such as redundancy, termination, re-deployment & re-training, compliance with current legislation.

  • Strategic advice regarding growing, buying, selling or re-structuring.

  • Training to assist with productivity of employees.

  • Dispute resolution and litigation.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Specialist Accreditation qualification from the Law Society of NSW.

Andrew Pullen of Balance Accountants and Advisers partners with Hendy HR Consulting in providing expertise in all matters relating to financial employment information.  This includes information like:

  • Superannuation – setting up of employer and employee superannuation obligations and contributions.

  • Payroll – payrolling services, deductions, allowances, benefits, fringe benefits taxation, leave entitlement and liabilities.

  • Business Planning – growing, buying, selling, succession plans and restructuring of businesses.

  • Tax – PAYG, fringe benefits and other taxation.

 Andrew holds a Bachelor of Accounting/Finance degree from Charles Sturt University, is a member of the Chartered Accountants and is also a financial planner.  Balance Accountants & Advisers have office locations in Cowra and Grenfell in the Central West NSW.
